All original 1982 Nebraska passenger license plate, in very good condition. There are small bolt-marks on the two upper boltholes, but no other marks or scratches are visible. All original paint, and original shine is still in the paint. The plate is very clean, there is no rust, tarnish, bends, large scratches or damages on this plate. The colors are red on white and blue. This plate is in incredible shape and appears not to have been used very much at all. These plates were used in Nebraska for 9 years, 1976 to 1984, and validated with expiration stickers. For some unknown reason, the black on blue 1982 expiration sticker has the month, and NEB for Nebraska, but is the only Nebraska expiration sticker missing the actual date. It was replaced in 1983 with a black and white expiration sticker. There are photos attached of the front and rear of this plate. This is a steel plate. The 1982 expiration sticker is in good condition.
