This auction is for a 1982 North Dakota License Plate. See the picture and click on it to enlarge it to see the plate clearer and judge the condition for yourself before you bid as everyone"s opinion varies! In my opinion it is in excellent condition. It is also a "Natural " meaning there is only one year decal applied to the plate. It is over three years old and does not violate ebay"s rules. It expired in 1983. (According to the sticker, passenger plates with a 1982 sticker expired on 3-31-83). Buyer to add choice of $3.85 First Class Mail shipping with the plate wrapped in a liner and then in cardboard or $6.95 lined Priority Mail shipping. The Priority Mail option will INCLUDE INSURANCE in the US. I always combine shipping and can ship numerous plates for the same $6.95 Priority Mail shipping.
