Continuing to thin a lot of my license plate collection. Here is a 1983 Nelson County, Kentucky dealer plate. Definitely spent a year on dealers cars, but still displayable. Nice plate to hang on an 83 car/truck, or for your collection/man cave/bar, restaurant or service station decor. Am starting these plates out on the low dollar side.
