1983 Northwest Territories Polar Bear Vintage License Plate

New plate design of the Northwest Territories cut in the shape of a polar bear license plate passenger issue came out in 1970. It was to celebrate the centennial of the territories. This was 1985 plate (base 1983). Was used for three years rather than two to the end of 1985. Unique plate and great for any collector!
