1983 Northwest Territories NWT Commercial Vehicle License Plate CV653. Has rubs/scratches/marks, and a nasty crinkle/bolt hole rip on bottom right side. The bottom right corner is also crinkled a little with a small rip. The remainder of the plate has good color and gloss. This plate obviously is not quite straight but close.
