This auction is for a 1984 Vermont Highway Use Permit License Plate. It is well used and has marks and scratches on it. The small brown spots you see is paint...not rust. This is an aluminum plate so there is no rust! See the picture and click on it to enlarge it to see it clearer before bidding! It is over three years old and does not violate ebay"s rules. This plate expired in 1984. Buyer to add choice of $3.75 First Class Mail shipping with the plate wrapped in a liner and then in cardboard or $5.99 lined Priority Mail shipping. The Priority Mail option will INCLUDE INSURANCE in the US. I always combine shipping. See shipping section for International Rates.
