1985/1989 Colorado License Plate Horseless Carriage In Orig Plastic

1985 / 1989 Horseless Carriage License Plate in original plastic. Plastic does has a tear in bottom left corner. Tear is not big enough to pull plate through. Top screw holes have been used but through the plastic. Plate is in really good condition with no marks, nicks or dents in it. Plastic took the wear n tear during use of plate.
