If payment is not recieved within 3 days of end of the auction (with the exception of immediate payment required BIN auctions), I reserve the right to consider the transaction void and to re-list the item.

Returns
Returns will be excepted and a full refund given if merchandise is returned within 14 days from the date of reciept by the buyer. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. Return merchandise is excpected to be recived in the same manner and condition as recieved by the buyer. Partial or no refund may be given if return merchandise is damaged or broken. For higher valued items, I recommend that the buyer insure the return shipment. In general, I expect the buyer to take the same care in returning the merchandise and was taken to send the merchandise.
In the event that a problem may arise at any time for any reason, I recommend contacting me first to see if we can reach resolution before choosing to file a complaint and/or dispute with Ebay or PayPal. Often issues can be quickly resolved and choosing to file a complaint can sometimes cause unwanted delays for both parties. That being said, Ebay and Paypal offer dispute resolution for both parties and I fully support the use of these methods to resolve disputes when the need arises.
