Up for auction is a rare 1986 Iowa sample plate ( has a couple small dents in it I think you can see them in the picture) this is new old stock & The original state of Rhode Island Registry of motor vehicle envelope they remained in the collection of the late Robert Patrick Doyle who retired from the American tobacco company in New York after leaving the United States Navy in 1945 he was a collector of house and senate and all wakes of license plates, please continue to watch my other auctions as I will be listing some of his license plates in the next couple days this is in absolutely beautiful condition any questions or concerns please contact me (these will be packed very well for shipping)
