Up for auction is a matching pair of 1986 Iowa state license plates BS 0541 for Des Moines county. Dark blue background with white letters and a white painted back. In very nice used condition. One plate has a few scuffs on the raised letters and a few splatters of house paint. Please look closely at the photos for specific condition and contact me if you have questions.
