It is in mint condition and has never been on a vehicle. See the picture and click on it to enlarge it to see it clearer and judge the condition for yourself before you bid. It is over three years old and does not violate ebay"s rules. This plate expired in 1987. Buyer to add choice of $3.75 First Class Mail shipping with the plate wrapped in a liner and then in cardboard or $6.45 lined Priority Mail shipping.
