Here is a vintage 1989 District of Columbia Presidential Inauguration Plate that has been in my collection for a number of years and was displayed on my personal car during this time. The Registration Certificate from the District of Columbia is affixed to the back of the plate as shown on the detailed pictures ... my name and address at the time has been blacked-out. This plate is in Very Good Plus / Near Excellent Condition with the only condition issues being marks around the bolt holes from being mounted on the car along with a slight manufacturing flaw on the number 8. Otherwise this is a very nice example of a License Plate that is almost 27 years old. Please study the picture carefully as this is being sold as is and every effort has been made to describe it in detail ... returns are not accepted.
I am a 42-year member of ALPCA (Automobile License Plate Collectors Association) and this plate was part of my collection that I continue to downsize.
