This is a true find!! ULTRA RARE 1990 Michigan-Detroit Garbage and Rubbish Private Collector license plate. Tan-brown plate with black. VHTF

This plate is in remarkable unused condition and still int the original plastic from the DMV. It is almost impossible to find in this condition with such a low/great number!!
You will not be disappointed and a must for any collector.
