This auction is for a 1991 Florida License Plate. It is from Clay County and is the red letters / green map base. It is in excellent condition. See the picture and click on it to enlarge to judge the condition for yourself as everyone"s opinion on condition varies! It is over three years old and does not violate ebay"s rules. This plate expired in 1991. Buyer to add $$3.75 First Class Mail shipping with the plate in a liner and then shipped in cardboard or $6.45 Priority Mail shipping, again lined and wrapped in cardboard protectors. Priority Mail will INCLUDE INSURANCE in the US. I always combine shipping. See shipping section for International Rates.
