Nothing like finding old items, never used or else lightly used but still in good condition, in storage! (I have found a number of license plates that would bring back memories for someone.) This used plate from 1991 is still in good condition despite minor normal signs of age and use including a couple of little dints/scrapes. I do not know the meaning of the number 10000 but feel sure it refers to the weight limit, probably on a small truck.
I have several hundred plates in my collection, and will list some other vintage Kentucky plates as my time and health permit.

A personal note: I live on a farm in Kentucky, but over the years have collected lots of items that were of interest to ME. Now, in 2015, at age 77, I will be offering quite a few items from my collections to others who might possibly be interested in having them. Most of my prices will start pretty low.
