1993 Washington 3RDCAT w/ Mt Rainier Vintage License Plate

One vintage rear license plate issued by the State of Washington. This is a vanity plate that reads 3RDCAT. I do not know what this is from, I found it in a bunch of plates I had. The plate was likely issued first in 1992 because you can see a green year sticker behind the blue 1993 sticker. Thank you for looking.
