All original 1995 Illinois Antique Vehicle license plate, in perfect, “Mint” condition. Mint condition means that this license plate was never placed on a vehicle, and remains in new, unused condition, like the day it was made at the license plate plant. There are no scratches or any damages visible on this plate. All original paint, and original shine is still in the paint. The plate is very clean, there is no rust, tarnish, bends, scratches or damages on this plate. The colors are brown on straw (tan). The stacked AV letters on the right side of the plate stand for Antique Vehicle. This style license plate was used for multiple years in Illinois, with expiration stickers placed on the bottom center of the plate. There are photos attached of the front and rear of this plate.
