Here is a nice vintage Maine Sample Passenger License Plates with JUL and 95 Stickers in Near Excellent Condition that has been in my collection a number of years. . The only condition issues are very slight marks on a couple of the bolt holes from being mounted on a display board and a marks on the reflectorized background that appears to be a manufacturing flaw. This is a very nice example of a Sample License Plate that is 21 years old. Please study the pictures carefully as this are being sold as is and every effort has been made to describe it in detail ... returns are not accepted.
I am a 42-year member of ALPCA (Automobile License Plate Collectors Association) and this plate was part of my collection that I continue to downsize.
