There are very light bolt hole marks, a couple of scratches in the maroon paint (the biggest one is near the lower left bolt hole), and a few small scuffs in the white paint. This is a heavy steel plate, and it has the typical steel plate warp. It will not lie perfectly flat. See photo. This plate has been expired at least three years and is being sold as a collectible. $3.85 for shipping to any US address. I do not ship out of the USA.
