All original 1997 Iowa passenger license plate, in excellent, near-mint condition. The only marks I can see on this plate are very faint boltmarks on the top two boltholes. Nice and straight with a good shine. In near-mint condition, with no rust, tarnish, bends, scratches or any damages. This is an embossed plate with blue numbers.letters on a white and light blue fading background. A light gray farm scene is depicted in the background. These plates were used in Iowa for many years, with annual expiration stickers placed on the bottom corners. This plate was issued in 1997, and is expired.
There is a Pottawattamie County sticker on the bottom of the plate in excellent condition!
