Never used on car - ALPCA license plate issued by State of New York to commemorate the ALPCA convention in that state. Check photo - great condition; it has been displayed on a wall. Photo shows actual plate you are bidding on. I will be selling off my collection in coming months, so please check my other auctions - combined shipping may save you some money. All plates will be wrapped in plastic and shipped with protective cardboard. I do not just put plates in envelopes (like the state often does!). All license plates are expired, more than 3 years old, and not intended for use on a vehicle.
