These are 2 (two) 1970s State of California Personalized MISHAA Automobile License Plates. Both are Used, 1 Rear Plate is in Very Good condition, still mostly shiny and 1 Front Plate is Scratched, Dented and Worn from 190,000 miles of wear.

Returns accepted for inaccurate item descriptions only. I always have confirmation that I have shipped. The ebay and USPS delivery estimates are wildly optimistic. My experience is that international shipping will take 10 - 21+ days until delivery. Only Express Mail has a chance to meet the delivery estimate.
