Here are a couple of well used black stainless commercial license plates from Delaware. As indicated by the multiple stickers, these saw road service well beyond their original issue dates in the early 1950"s. First State plates in this mid to late 1950"s time period were heavy stainless steel with digits attached by rivets- unique among the states.
