This auction is for two Rhode Island License Plates. The first one shown is a 1989 passenger car plate. The second is a 1974 thru 1978 vintage Commercial plate. This base plate was used in 1974 thru 1978 registrations. Both plates have marks and scratches on them. See the pictures and click on them to enlarge them to see them clearer and judge the condition for yourself before you bid. They are over three years old and do not violate ebay"s rules. They newest plate expired in 1989 . Buyer to add choice of $4.00 First Class Mail shipping with each plate in a liner and then shipped in cardboard or $5.99 Priority Mail Flat rate envelope shipping also with liners and cardboard protection.
