2 Washington D C Presidential Inaugural Plates (52nd & 53rd Inaugural)

The 1993 plate has a valuation registration sticker and has very minor signs of wear with slight marks at the top bolt holes, otherwise this is in excellent condition.
The 1997 plate is in mint condition and seems as this has never been used, and has no registration sticker.
As per rules these plates are both over 3 years old.
This is in my collection in the UK, and I am happy to post this to any location worldwide. Postage for both plates within the UK will be around £2.70 (USD$4)
