All original 2000 era Illinois Antique Vehicle License Plate, in mint condition. This plate is brown on straw, is embossed, and is a steel license plate. A small AV on the right side of the plate stands for Antique Vehicle. These plates were issued in Illinois from 1990 through 2004. This plate appears to be mint, because there is no evidence of any use. There are no boltmarks on any of the boltholes, and no other damages, stone chips, rust or tarnish on the plate. The plate is straight and clean, with 100% original shine and colors. The back side of the plate is also perfect, with no rusting or tarnish. There are a few very tiny shelf storage marks.
