Here is a cool pair of 2001 Connecticut license plates. These are the Constitution plates. These plates are used and one had dried mud splatters on it. I briefly wiped over with a wet paper towel and the dirt did come off. I didn"t thoroughly clean them though and they could use some more wiping if desired. There is some wear, albeit minor, to the raised white letters. Please see my photos for a better description of condition. Thank you and please check out my other auctions.
