All original 2003 Alabama passenger license plate, in excellent condition. The only marks I can see on this plate are small boltmarks on the four boltholes. Nice and straight with a good shine. In excellent condition, with no rust, tarnish, bends, scratches or any damages. A few very tiny shelf storage marks are present, but hardly noticible. This is an embossed plate with red numbers.letters on a white and blue background. There are small stars and music notes within the top blue band. A small red heart is on the bottom that says, Heart of Dixie. These plates were used in Alabama for many years, with annual expiration stickers placed on the bottom corners. This plate was issued in 2003, and is expired.
Both expiration stickers on the bottom of the plate are in excellent condition!
