Lions International emblem and 23rd Annual in navy blue in center. Background of plate is bright yellow. 8/17 is in navy blue at bottom right corner. 2003, Illinois, Land of Lincoln and 87 all in black. Border is also black. Mt Zion Pony Express Days and August 14-17 in navy blue. This is a very unique plate if you are into these specialty or commemorative plates. This one has been used on a car. The bracket holes have a small amount of use. One dot of red paint on the horse. No denting. Please zoom in on the pictures for the condition. Overall a very nice condition plate. Displays nicely.
