This is a 2003 Utah Centennial Arch style license plate and will make an excellent addition to your collection. The plate has a repeating hologram down the center with "2003" on it indicating when the plate was actually created. NO RESERVE! Serious bidders only please! The plate is in EX condition (some very minor upper bolt hole wear, but otherwise nice and straight; please see picture for description). Packaging: I carefully pack all my plates between two stiff pieces of cardboard. Shipping: Shipping is a flat $4.00 for US residents, and will be $1.00 over actual costs for foreign addresses.
