This is a Michigan DEALER license plate from 2004. I also have one of these consecutively numbered elsewhere on this Ebay store.
Michigan stopped issuing pairs of plates in 1981. They started to issue these blue plates beginning in 1984 and as far as I know are STILL issuing them! The blue plates are standard issue, but like many other states now, they will give you an option of all kinds of colorful plates...for extra money.
Condition of the plate is very good, pretty much excellent. This might have some minor dings, bends, nicks and scrapes from age. Enlarge the photo for a look.
