This is a PAIR of Virginia passenger car license plates that expired in March 2005. The plates feature the American Flag on the left side and United We Stand as the logo on the bottom.
As can be seen in the photographs, the plates are in very nice condition with some minor rub marks near the edges of the plates. While two of the photographs show some yellow coloring, that is the result of the lighting when taking the pictures. There is no discoloration of either plate.
