“A few dings and bends. The only rust I notice is at the 2 bottom holes.”

I have not attempted to clean this plate, it is just as I found it at an estate sale. It appears to have maybe been washed because it isn"t real dirty. The only rust I notice is at the 2 bottom holes. I know absolutely nothing about the grading of license plates so feel free to ask any questions. Will be shipped between 2 pieces of cardboard to prevent bending.

In the interest of going Green items may be wrapped in clean previously used boxes and packaging.
