Up for auction are 3 License Plates. There are 2 New York and 1 Florida. The New York ones are the same. In the license plates there is the word Low. It is yellow and blue. Florida was registered in 1991.

Feel free to offer any price for any item I have listed on a Buy It Now auction. I will not be insulted. That being said don’t waste time by under cutting by a lot. A fair price is always accepted.

Shipping is determined by the weight of the item and the destination of the item. I don’t profit by charging extra on shipping. Shipping charge is what the actually the price the post office charges me.
I will combine shipping on similar items. In most cases the second item is free. Please don’t pay the invoice before checking with me on the combine shipping charge. If you pay first and the combine shipping charge is less there will be no refund. Refunding on PayPal costs me money.
