Here I have 3 Pennsylvania license plate keychain tags. 2 are 1958 and one has a 1960 sticker in the corner, the other is 1959. The backs have DAV return address on them They are on an old dog tag chain which makes sense for a disabled veteran. License number on all 3 is BF 232.
