Here"s a nice set of plates from Carbon County Wyoming. Plates are over 3 years old. The plates are in fair condition with no major damage, several of them still have the original bugs and some dirt ( thats most of the spots that you"re seeing), 2 with bends, some paint missing mostly around the holes.
