The weight on these 3 plates is very close to the 13 ounce maximum, I really have had no issues with bent parcels but I recommend sending in the flat rate envelope since I usually add a little extra padding for protection, I have also included the first class option but cannot add the extra protection. NOTE: United States Shipping costs will be $3.75 First class mail OR $5.45 priority mail. Worldwide $14 First Class or $24 for as many as 11 in a legal flat rate envelope. For combining purposes Typical postal rates overseas at the First class rate 6 to 8 ounces $13 12 ounces $15 1 Pound (16 ounces)$17 1 pound 4 ounces $19 1 pound 8 ounces. $21Depending on the type of metal, a typical plate weighs 6 to 8 ounces.
