This plate is a little dented and rusty from use. The 1st Ohio license plate is marked - Ohio, Guernsey, 387KCA. this plate has scrapes along the bottom and minor rusting on the back! The 2nd Ohio license plate is marked - Seat Belts Fastened?, Ohio 74, 132B. This plate is slightly warped from age and has some rusting on the back. Refer to photos. Each plate measures about 12 long, and 6 wide. This package weighs about 3lbs.
