This is a good 1939 Nevada Plate. The plate is a bit banged up & bent but restorable. (I have seen some Idaho plates made of lighter steel worse than this one restored. Any any Idaho 1927 plate in this condition sells for $175.00+.)
And a couple of 1969 plates also restorable. Although aluminum does not rust it appears that rust has migrated to them Some 0000 steel wool should clean them.
In Idaho we only need one plate to register a classic with the plate/car year.
