8 Illinois 1963-1970 Mini License Plate Key Chain Tag Here is eight mini Illinois license plate for key chains made by Disabled American Veterans. There are two that are the same but the rest are all different there is three 1965 tags , 1966 ,1970 ,1967,1969 and 1963 these are cardboard with metal around them look at the pictures for more details.
