This is a vintage West Virginia AFL CIO advertising license plate. This plate has some condition issues. Paint loss, scuffs, scratches, rust stains, etc. The base of the seal reads Chartered Nov 22 1957. This plate is also marked Sign & Pictorial Painters Decorators Union Label Local 1012. I doubt if the tag was ever used. This appears aged from storage. This advertising license plate is made of sheet metal steel. Please review the photographs for the best description.
