Although it"s never been mounted on a vehicle, there are a few very light scuffs just from being around all of these years. This is a heavy steel plate, and it suffers from a severe case of steel plate warp. It will not lie perfectly flat. See photo. This plate has been expired at least three years and is being sold as a collectible. $4.00 for shipping to any US address. I do not ship out of the USA.
