This is an official License Plate issued by the State of Alabama to commemorate the Olympic Games. It is not a replica.
This License Plate is in a newish condition with only a few minor scratches and is in excellent condition.

Due to circumstances beyond my control....referring to the Post Office.....I will no longer mail items to China or Russia. I have had too many claims re non delivery of orders that I have mailed. I can no longer afford to send items and having to make refunds at a later date due to the non delivery. I am then at a double loss......the cost of the item plus the refund. It is no longer viable for me to send items to these countries.
