Almost Heaven West Virginia Heavy Cast Aluminum License Plate, WV, WVA

This is a very heavy cast aluminum Almost Heaven West Virginia License Plate. The guy I got it from about 30 years ago told me that it was cast near Selbyville, WV, in Upshur County. There are no markings I can see. Has seen use, but a neat piece. It weighs almost 1 1/2 pounds, hence the high shipping cost.
