Most are average condition for Missouri plates of this era, and only one of them, (a red 76/77) is bad. None of the plates have repaint or restoration, they are all original.All of the plates are dated, with the 1980 pair stickered for 1982, and the 1984 single stickered for 1996.Low-numbered passenger license plates might be common for some states, but those from Missouri are scarce and difficult to obtain.
