Antique 1915 Pair of California Porcelain License Plates. The Back of the Plates are marked: ING-RICH MFG. CO. PORCELAIN AUTO TAG BEAVER FALLS, PA. There are chips of porcelain missing from the license plates. One (1) of the license plates is bent at the top right edge where the porcelain is chipped off. Rusty where chips are missing.
