Up for auction is this Antique 1916 Porcelain Rhode Island Commercial/ Truck License Plate X3761.It is 12 X 4 1/2.It does have some chipping SEE PICS.
Someone was nice enough to share this info here onEbay:what you have is a truck plate not dealer 1912 to 1917 the x on the plate is for truck.
I have had 3 people now tell me that this is a commercial/truck plate.
