Up for auction is one license plate topper tag from SALEM, VA from 1962. The tag is in good condition overall with some rust, paint loss, and minor bending (see photos and judge condition for yourself). Even though this tag has some condition issues, these early topper tags from small towns are tough to find. This would make an excellent addition to any collection of Virginia topper tags.
