Click image for more fotoOffered here is an original paint 1911 NYS license plate. 1911 was the 2nd plate issued by NYSDMV. The center half moon cut was more than likely done when the plate was new to fit through an obstruction on the car it was being installed on. Still....a nice historical plate!
