This is a farm truck license plate from 1941-42. It comes from a farm near Clintonville, Wisconsin, which is in the Northeast part of the state. These plates were nailed ,usually to the inside wood wall of the Machine Shed when expired. Many farmers had a wall of plates from when they came on the farm. This was sort of a timeline for any visitors who happen to see these plates. This plate has a crease on the right side between the 8 and the 5 with a little rust.
